Cancellation & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
